 Primary research = Primary research is defined as a methodology used by researchers to collect data directly, rather than depending on data collected from previously done research. Examples include questionnaires, focus groups, interviews, online surveys,

Secondary research = Secondary research or desk research is a research method that involves using already existing data. Existing data is summarised and collated to increase the overall effectiveness of research. Examples include pre existing internet articles, data magazines, newspaper, books, and journals

Qualitative data / research =  Qualitative research involves collecting and analysing non-numerical data (e.g., text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or experiences. It can be used to gather in-depth insights into a problem or generate new ideas for research

Quantitive data / research = Quantitative research is the process of collecting and analysing numerical data. It can be used to find patterns and averages, make predictions, test causal relationships, and generalise results to wider populations.

Social media = Social media is computer-based technology that facilitates the sharing of ideas, thoughts, and information through the building of virtual networks and communities.

Research and data interpretation = Data interpretation refers to the implementation of processes through which data is reviewed for the purpose of arriving at an informed conclusion. The interpretation of data assigns a meaning to the information analysed and determines its signification and implications. simplified, this means looking at the available information and applying it to your current situation (eg your newly released film)

Infographics = An infographic is a collection of imagery, charts, and minimal text that gives an easy-to-understand overview of a topic.
